ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Frank H. Chapman II and The Chapman Law Firm Co., LPA would like to thank the two hundred seventy-five people who worked with us to serve the States of Ohio and Michigan in maintaining, marketing and selling HUD-owned properties throughout Ohio and Michigan during our time as the Management and Marketing Contractor. We would also like to thank the many local communities and organizations that worked with us to bring about change and improvement during our tenure.
Although HUD's failure to renew this contract unfortunately and unfairly caused the loss of many much needed jobs in Ohio and Michigan, we believe that during our tenure Frank H. Chapman II, The Chapman Law Firm Co., LPA and its dedicated and hard-working employees were able to make an important difference in our communities and contribute to improving the program. We are also pleased that the Chapman Law Firm's efforts at community outreach and involvement were recognized by many local communities and regret that we cannot continue the work we had begun. We invite you to explore our community involvement through any of the many articles and links below. To all of the communities, officials, Realtors and individuals we had the pleasure of working with, we wish you all the best.
Regards,
Frank H. Chapman II, President
The Chapman Law Firm Co., LPA
